In addition, please know that our policy is periodically updated and future use of our website indicates agreement with the policy in place at that time.

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at International Samaritan (“we” “us” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy and encourage you to thoroughly read our policy. Name and contact data

We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and similar contact data when shared (by you). We take express precautions to protect your information both online and offline.

We are the sole owners of the information collected online or offline. We collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, through an online form, or other direct contact from you. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. send you a newsletter, or to ship an order. In each case, we use secure third-parties to assist with this process.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate. We ask that you notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Automatically Collected Site-visitor Data

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. This information is used to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track movement on our site and to gather demographic information about visitors to our site as a whole. This information is collected automatically and does not link to personal identity information.

Information is collected through cookies to create a “profile” of your preferences when visiting our site. This type of information is automatically collected and is never linked to your personal identity information or your donation history.

If you wish to disable cookies, you must change the settings on your browser. This may cause certain forms or surveys on our site to malfunction but will keep our site from creating a “profile” when you visit.

Legal Proceedings

We reserve the right to share your personal identity information where required by law and if we believe that sharing this information is necessary to protect our rights and/or in the case of a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.
